RIDE WITH THE GREGARIOS
Jump aboard the Blue Train
Who are the Gregarios?
At Gregarios Superclub Ciclista, we’re all about the love of road cycling — and all things bike-related.
Based in Hatch End, we’re informal, welcoming, and supportive — no one gets left behind. We make use of easy access to the open countryside and have members from across the Metrolands of North West London and Hertfordshire — Watford, Rickmansworth, Bushey, Harrow, Pinner, Stanmore, West Hampstead, Kilburn, Northwood, Ruislip, Radlett, Wembley and all points in between.

Friendly
Our approach is friendly, relaxed, and informal. We’re not the biggest cycling club in London, and that’s how we like it because everyone knows each other and there are no cliques.
Fun
Sunday Club Rides are about camaraderie and fun. We’ll take you to some of the best cycling cafe stops and best routes in the area, and we can help you develop as a cyclist with lots of help and guidance on bike technique.
Tempo & Forza
Most weeks we run two groups:
‘Tempo” for medium-paced riders and “Forza” for those who like it faster.
‘Tempo” for medium-paced riders and “Forza” for those who like it faster.
If there's only one group - it's Tempo.
Sunday
The main club ride is from the Telephone Exchange, Uxbridge Road, Hatch End (meet 8.15 leave 8.30am*). We have many destinations, and the rides are published on our Facebook page.
Winter/early spring schedule - please note
From November to March, Sunday rides will start at 9am. With the shorter rides this season, we're normally back in time for afternoon activities, like cleaning the bike.
Saturday
A short easy pace Morning Ride with cafe stop. 9.30am also from the former Telephone Exchange. Weekly in summer.
Tuesday & Thursday
Member-only rides from Sarratt for the “mid-week professionals".
Style
The Blue Train is an inspiring sight! Our distinctive “azzurro” matches the Italian road team jersey of the year we formed. Our pro-team quality kit design is exclusive to the Gregarios and available at well below store prices. The Italian national cycling team always wears blue — and so do the Gregarios, naturally!
Location
Hatch End is a fantastic “jumping off spot” to the best country lanes of Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and even Essex.
Train: Overground from Euston (stops at Kilburn, Queens Park, Wembley) delivers you to Hatch End in just over 30 minutes.
Underground: Edgware (Northern Line), Stanmore (Jubilee), Harrow & Wealdstone (Bakerloo), Pinner (Metropolitan)

What's coming in 2026
Training sessions: We hold regular sessions at venues like the Lee Valley VeloPark and Hillingdon Cycle Circuit. Click here to find out more about our next event on June 20.
Ride to Brighton: On June 26, a crowd of us will cycle to the seaside via the undulating lanes of the South Downs and the Col du Ditchling Beacon. (Train home or optional return ride).
Tour de Travelodge: Our annual expedition to sample the riding in another part of the UK, with an overnight stay in affordable accommodation for two days of weekend cycling fun. For 2026, it's the Cotswolds in mid-May, with a base in the lovely town of Burford.
Gregarios abroad: The club organises regular trips for members to cycling hot spots in other countries . This year, we're off to Girona in September, for a four-night getaway booked through Sportive Breaks. Let us know if you're interested in coming on the next one.
